Los Angeles (May 15, 2012) — Investment advisory firm Clear Capital Advisors, which advises middle market and emerging growth companies, today announced that Bruce Pompan, Founder and Managing Director, has been appointed adjunct professor at Cal Lutheran University. Mr. Pompan will be teaching a course in Mergers & Acquisitions during the summer 2012 semester which will provide graduate business students an overview of investment banking, the mechanics of M&A transactions, and valuation techniques.

“I am pleased to join the faculty of Cal Lutheran for the summer semester. My goal is to make the lectures engaging, informative, and practical,” said Mr. Pompan. “I intend to share lessons from my 20-plus year investment banking career and case studies from the real world so that students gain a full understanding of the real world of transactions.”

Cal Lutheran University, located in Thousand Oaks, CA, offers undergraduate, graduate and professional programs. The course in Mergers & Acquisitions is offered as part of the school’s MBA program.
